Sam Lawrence Park is part of the Niagara Escarpment and sits above the city of Hamilton, Ontario at the top of the Jolley Cut. The park comprises almost 20 acres of walking paths, beautiful flower beds, grassy slopes and steps carved out of the natural rock. Its breathtaking, panoramic views stretch out over Hamilton with the town of Dundas to the left and the bay and Lake Ontario beyond the downtown core. It is a popular background for wedding photos in the summer and for watching the sun rise or set over the city of Hamilton.
